Common Questions About Pricing

Yes. The packages are starting points, not rigid bundles. If you need more photos and less video, or want same-day delivery, or have a multi-day event — we'll scope it out and give you a custom quote.
Every delivered photo is colour-corrected, exposure-adjusted, and selected for quality. We don't deliver raw files unless specifically requested. You get a curated set you can use directly — no further editing needed.
Travel within Greater Oslo (our primary service area) is included. For events further afield, travel costs are agreed upfront and added to the quote — no surprise invoices after the event.
Yes. We require a deposit to secure the booking date — details are included in the proposal and contract. The remainder is invoiced after delivery.
