How we support your event's consent process

    Wristbands, lanyards or stickers: brief us and we watch for them. Anyone who asks to be left out is left out.

Photography questions

The full edited gallery arrives in up to 7 business days. If you need images sooner, live selects during the event or a press-ready set within 24 hours can be added when it is agreed before the day. For multi-day programmes we agree delivery points in the brief, so the first day's photos do not wait for the last.
Yes. The crew is sized to what we agree: every room covered, or priority sessions agreed in the brief. At Flutter Vikings that meant 46 speakers across three parallel rooms over two days.
Every delivered image carries full commercial usage rights: marketing, social media, PR, internal comms and sponsor reports, with no per-channel fees. Raw files are not included by default; they can be purchased separately, and it is best to agree that in advance.
It depends on the event, so there is no fixed menu. After the discovery call you get coverage options built around your programme. For a feel of scale, see our example coverage options.
Our primary service area is Oslo and surroundings, including Sandvika, Fornebu, Drammen, Lillestrøm, Jessheim, Holmestrand, and Moss. We also travel for larger conferences across Norway and internationally. Travel costs are agreed upfront and included in the quote.
We have photographed events at Sommerro, Oslo Event Hub, Ullevaal Stadion, Construction City, Cosmopolite Scene and the former Felix Conference Center. We work at any venue in Oslo and beyond, including Oslo Kongressenter, Clarion Hotel The Hub and NOVA Spektrum.
